When you sign up with or contact MailerCraft through our website, phone, email, post, or social media, we may request personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and website URL. We may combine this information with data from other MailerCraft services or third parties to provide you with an improved experience and enhance the quality of our services. For certain services, we may give you the opportunity to opt out of combining such information.

When you email or communicate with MailerCraft, we may retain those communications to process your inquiries, respond to your requests, and improve our services. If you send or receive SMS messages through one of our services, we may collect information like phone number, carrier, message content, and transaction time. Your email address may be used to communicate with you about our services.

Affiliated MailerCraft Services on Other Sites:

We offer some of our services on or through other websites. Personal information you provide to those sites may be sent to MailerCraft to deliver the service. We process this information under strict NDA terms.

Third-Party Applications:

MailerCraft may offer third-party applications (gadgets or extensions) through its services. Information collected by the third-party application provider is governed by their privacy policies.

MailerCraft offers location-enabled services. If you use those services, we may receive information about your location (e.g., GPS signals from a mobile device) or approximate location (e.g., cell ID).

Unique Application Number:

Certain services include a unique application number that isn’t linked to your account or personal identity. This number and installation information (e.g., operating system type, version number) may be sent to MailerCraft when installing, uninstalling, or updating a service.

This Privacy Policy applies only to MailerCraft services. We do not control the sites that display search results, those with MailerCraft applications, products, or services, or external links. These sites may place cookies or other files on your device or solicit personal information.

ADDITIONAL USES OF THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may use the collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, protect, and improve our services (including advertising services) and develop new services.
  • Protect the rights or property of MailerCraft or its users.

If we use your information for purposes other than the ones collected, we will request your consent beforehand.

INFORMATION SHARING

MailerCraft only shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside of MailerCraft in the following limited circumstances:

  1. Consent:
We have your explicit consent. We require opt-in consent to share sensitive personal information.
  2. Affiliated Companies and Trusted Partners:
We provide information to subsidiaries, affiliates, and other trusted businesses or individuals for processing on our behalf. They agree to follow our instructions and comply with this Privacy Policy and confidentiality/security measures.
  3. Legal Compliance:
We believe in good faith that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of information is necessary to (a) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce Terms of Service (including potential violations), (c) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues, or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of MailerCraft, its users, or the public.

If MailerCraft is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will ensure the confidentiality of any personal information involved and provide notice before transferring personal information under a different privacy policy.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. Measures include internal reviews of data collection, storage, processing practices, security measures (including encryption), and physical security to protect data against unauthorized access.

We restrict access to personal information to MailerCraft employees, contractors, and agents who need to know the information for processing on our behalf. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may face discipline, termination, or criminal prosecution if they fail to meet these obligations.

ACCESSING AND UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

When using MailerCraft services, we strive to provide access to your personal information and correct or delete data at your request, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline requests that are repetitive, systematic, impractical, or threaten the privacy of others. If access and correction are required, we provide the service free of charge unless a disproportionate effort is necessary.

Due to the way we maintain certain services, residual copies of your information may remain on backup systems for a period after deletion from our active servers.
